What’s Next: Healing My Immune System
Share
When I got the call in May 2025 that my Epstein-Barr was completely gone, it felt like a miracle. A weight I had carried for over 20 years was suddenly lifted. For the first time in decades, I felt free to dream about the future of my health.
But healing one part of my body was just the beginning.
🌱 A New Focus
Now that the virus is gone, my focus has shifted to rebuilding and strengthening my immune system. Years of being sick, exhausted, and worn down took a toll — and my body needs time and care to recover.
💕 Where I’m Starting
I’m taking this chapter one step at a time, with the same gentle consistency that helped me heal before:
- Prioritizing rest and recovery
- Eating nutrient-dense, colorful meals
- Staying hydrated with alkaline water
- Adding in gentle movement when my body feels ready
-
Supporting my system with natural supplements (more on that later)
I’m also beginning to track my progress — energy levels, sleep, mood, and resilience — so I can see how my body responds as I slowly build strength back.
✨ Sharing Along the Way
I’ll be sharing pieces of this immune-healing journey with you in the coming weeks. But here’s the catch: I’ll always share a little behind. Instead of posting in real time, I’ll reflect on what I tried a few weeks earlier and how it worked.
That way, I can process, learn, and share honestly — without overwhelming myself or sugarcoating the journey.
This is the next chapter of my story: not just healing from Epstein-Barr, but rebuilding my immune system so I can thrive. Thank you for walking with me through this journey — I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.
