The Day My Doctor Said It Was Gone

I’ll never forget the day my doctor walked into the room with a smile on her face. After more than 20 years of sickness, exhaustion, and discouraging news, I was about to hear something I had dreamed of for so long.
🌱 The Years Before
For decades, Epstein-Barr had shaped my life. It stole my energy, weakened my immune system, and left me constantly sick. Even when I finally discovered alkaline water and started to see my numbers drop, part of me wondered if I’d ever be completely free of it.
💕 The Miracle Moment
In May 2025, my doctor reviewed my latest bloodwork. She looked up at me and said words I’ll never forget:
“It’s gone.”
Epstein-Barr was completely gone from my system.
She told me she had never seen this happen before. For her, it was a medical miracle. For me, it was the validation of years of persistence, patience, and faith that healing was possible.
✨ What It Felt Like
I can’t describe the relief I felt in that moment. All the years of exhaustion, doubt, and “there’s no cure” warnings melted away. For the first time in decades, I felt free.
This was the miracle I had been waiting for.
🌸 The Next Chapter
Healing Epstein-Barr was only part of the journey. Now, my focus is on rebuilding and strengthening my immune system so I can thrive in this new season of health.
