For years, exhaustion ruled my life. Naps, early nights, late mornings, constant sickness — it felt like my body couldn’t keep up with the life I wanted.
But once I started drinking alkaline water daily, something shifted. For the first time in years, I didn’t feel like I was dragging myself through each day.
🌱 Simple Shifts That Supported Me
Alkaline water was the turning point, but it wasn’t the only thing that helped me heal. I began to build new habits, one by one:
- Hydration: Drinking 3 liters of ph10 alkaline water every day.
- Food Choices: Choosing more whole, colorful foods while keeping balance (and still enjoying a weekly indulgence with friends).
- Consistency: Sticking to small routines that didn’t overwhelm me.
- Rest: Allowing myself to sleep when I needed it, instead of pushing through.
None of these changes were extreme. They were small, gentle steps — but taken together, they made a huge difference.
💕 The Power of Patience
Healing didn’t happen overnight. For a long time, I wondered if I’d ever feel normal again. But every time I chose water, or nourishing food, or rest, I was telling my body: I’m here for you.
And slowly, my body responded.
✨ A New Chapter
By 2023, my Epstein-Barr numbers had dropped for the first time in decades. My doctor was amazed. I felt more energy, more clarity, and more hope than I’d had in years.
It was proof that healing was possible.
